Upon completing your registration, you will receive a link to make your hotel reservation. The NPTC reserves the right to double your conference registration fee if your room is not booked via the link provided.

- The above rates are per guestroom, per night, single or double occupancy. Each additional person will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per person, per night with a maximum of four people per guestroom. The nightly rate is subject to the applicable taxes and a mandated tourism surcharge of $3.00 per night. The taxes and mandatory surcharge are subject to change.
- There will also be charged a daily resort fee of $36.95 per room, per night. This fee includes:
- Airport shuttle service and self-parking
- Access to the all-new Fitness Center inside The Spa at Silver Legacy
- In-room refrigerator and safe and other convenience amenities
- A credit card is needed to make your reservation. The credit card will immediately be charged one night when the reservation is made.
- Individual attendee cancellations may be made without penalty up to seventy-two hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is noon.
- Early arrivals may store luggage at the bell desk. If rooms are ready, you may check-in early without a fee.
- Pending availability, the rates are available three days prior and three days following the guest block if requested at the time the reservation is submitted.
