The vendor registration fee is $4,000 per company. This covers your table, power strip, wi-fi and city vendor permit.
Vendor Representatives
Vendor representatives may participate in the NPTC sessions. We ask that the insurance company attendees be given seating. Fill in where there is space. When in a session, you are there to learn the same as the attendees. Please do not use your presence in any session as an opportunity to get a microphone and promote your firm or products. The NPTC reserves the right to remove from any session, vendor representatives interrupting or causing a distraction in a NPTC session.
Additional Meal Package
The registration fee includes breakfast (Tuesday – Thursday) and lunch (Tuesday – Thursday) for TWO vendor reps. Additional meal packages may be purchased for a fee of $500 per person. Up to four additional meal packages may be purchased.
Additional Reception Tickets
The registration fee includes two vendor reps at the opening reception on Monday, November 10. Additional reception tickets may be purchased for a fee of $100 per person. Up to four additional reception tickets may be purchased.
Vendor Passport: The NPTC will encourage attendees to visit your table with its passport game. There will be a daily passport. 1/3 of the vendors each day will be on the passport. Attendees will visit your table and receive a unique sticker. Completed passports will be collected each day and three $500 prizes will be awarded each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The daily assignment of vendors will be random by drawing names. Our intention is to give the vendors more facetime with the attendees rather than a rush for all the stamps on day one.
Shipping to and from the Silver Legacy: The NPTC is casual. The vendor booth is a skirted table. You may enhance your booth with signage, table covers, and backdrops. Attendees will visit your booth not only for a passport stamp, but for your promotional items. While it is acceptable to have individually packaged mints/candy at your booth, the Silver Legacy will not allow outside food to be distributed to the attendees. Deliveries to the Silver Legacy should be addressed as follows and arrive no sooner than October 31, 2025:

You are welcome to have a raffle of your own. Vendor Raffle winners will be announced on Thursday, November 13th around 12:30 PM.

Attendee Entertainment: Please do not plan social events during the conference session hours. Many vendors arrange dinners with attendees within the venue complex and outside of it as well. There are various activities in and around Reno, as well as Lake Tahoe. Visit https://www.rscva.com for ideas. Some attendees arrive on Sunday, which allows for vendor entertainment prior to the opening reception on Monday evening. It is a long-standing tradition for the NPTC’s first vendors, TriTech Software and AEP, to host an event on Thursday night. The attendees look forward to this event, and it is thoughtfully scheduled for later Thursday evening to allow for dinner prior to the event.
Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities
The NPTC is pleased to offer vendor sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship is limited to one per vendor and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will have the opportunity to select a sponsorship opportunity during the registration process. Please do not claim a sponsorship opportunity which you claimed in 2023 or 2024. Any sponsorship not claimed by September 1 will be available as a repeat or secondary sponsorship in 2025.
Your commitment to a 2025 sponsorship is nonrefundable. Vendors are welcome to co-sponsor an opportunity, but please only one member of the co-sponsorship should select the opportunity during the registration process. You will have to split the cost separately from the NPTC registration process.
Pens and highlighters: Provide 250 pens and highlighters (separate items or a combo unit) with your company information for distribution to the attendees on the first meeting day. There is no charge from the NPTC for this opportunity.
Folder and printed contents: The vendor’s name/logo will be included on the front of the folder along with the NPTC logo. The printed contents include the agenda, attendee list, certificate of attendance, passport and evaluation forms. The sponsoring vendor is invited to provide a printed brochure for inclusion in the folder. Sharing the cost of this administrative item is a sponsorship of $3,000.
Opening reception: Share the cost of the opening reception on Monday, November 10th with the NPTC. The Silver Legacy’s beverage manager will create a signature drink for your company. (A non-alcoholic version will also be made). It will be served in souvenir cups with your logo. Your company will be acknowledged with signage throughout the reception and in the agenda. The sponsoring vendor may also distribute at the reception its company brochure and if it pleases, a gift for each attendee. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $10,000 and the sponsoring vendor does not have to pay for additional reps to attend the reception beyond the two included in the registration fee.

The break times on the agenda will also include your company name. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $2,500.
Wednesday sessions beverage service: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The break times on the agenda will also include your company name. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $2,500.
Thursday session beverage service: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The break times on the agenda will also include your company name. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $2,500.
Attendee Gift: The attendee gift is a bankers duffel bag. The sponsoring vendor will have its logo printed on the bag. The strap will include the NPTC logo.
Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity with the NPTC is $7,500. The NPTC will handle the ordering and delivery of the item.

• The registration fee of $4,000 is fully refundable by sending an email to info@nptcreno.com prior to September 15, 2025.
• The sponsorship fee is not refundable. (Except if the NPTC is cancelled)
• A company may substitute attendees by notifying Jan Gillerin at info@nptcreno.com prior to November 1, 2025.
• In the event of a pandemic or weather-related catastrophe, the NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel the 2025 NPTC live and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021.
• The NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel the 2025 NPTC live in the event its minimum attendance goal is not met by September 15, 2025 and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021.
