Vendor Registration Fees

*Vendor registration will open on June 14, 2024. Please do not register via the insurance company and consultant link. Please do not make any hotel reservations until you receive the vendor hotel reservation link through the registration process.

Vendor Registration
The vendor registration fee is $5,000 per company. This covers your table, power strip, wi-fi and city vendor permit.

Vendor Representatives
Vendor representatives may participate in the NPTC sessions for a fee of $500 per representative. This is limited to two reps. The NPTC reserves the right to remove from any session, vendor representatives interrupting or causing a distraction in a NPTC session.

Additional Meal Package
The registration fee includes breakfast (Wednesday – Friday) and lunch (Wednesday – Thursday) for TWO vendor reps. Additional meal packages may be purchased for a fee of $425 per person. Up to four additional meal packages may be purchased.

Additional Reception Tickets
The registration fee includes two vendor reps at the opening reception on Tuesday, November 12. Additional reception tickets may be purchased for a fee of $100 per person. Up to four additional reception tickets may be purchased.

Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities

The NPTC is pleased to offer vendor sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship is limited to one per vendor and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will have the opportunity to select a sponsorship opportunity during the registration process.
Your commitment to a 2024 sponsorship is nonrefundable.

Pens and highlighters: Provide 250 pens and highlighters (separate items or a combo unit) with your company information for distribution to the attendees on the first meeting day. There is no charge from the NPTC for this opportunity.

Folder and printed contents: The vendor’s name/logo will be included on the front of the folder along with the NPTC logo. The printed contents will include the agenda, attendee list, certificate of attendance, and conference evaluations. The sponsoring vendor is invited to provide a printed brochure for inclusion in the folder. Sharing the cost of this administrative item is a sponsorship of $3,000.

Opening reception: Share the cost of the opening reception on Tuesday, November 12th with the NPTC. The Hilton’s beverage manager will create a signature drink for your company. (A non-alcoholic version will also be made). It will be served in souvenir cups with your logo. Please note that the Hilton requires plastic cups. Your company will be acknowledged with signage throughout the reception and in the agenda. The sponsoring vendor may also distribute at the reception its company brochure and if it pleases, a gift for each attendee. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $10,000 and the sponsoring vendor does not have to pay for additional reps to attend the reception beyond the two included in the registration fee.

Wednesday sessions beverage service: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The break times on the agenda will also include your company name. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $6,000.

Thursday sessions beverage service: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The break times on the agenda will also include your company name. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $6,000.

Friday session beverage service: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The break times on the agenda will also include your company name. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $4,600.

Please note that the Wednesday – Friday beverage service is hot coffee, hot teas, canned soda and bottled water. If the sponsoring vendor would like to add an afternoon snack, please contact Jan to discuss the additional cost and available selections at the Hilton.

• The registration fee is fully refundable by sending an email to info@nptcreno.com prior to September 1, 2024.

• The sponsorship fee is not refundable. (Except if the NPTC is cancelled)

• A company may substitute attendees by notifying Jan Gillerin at info@nptcreno.com prior to Wednesday, November 1, 2024.

• In the event of a pandemic or weather-related catastrophe, the NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel 2024 NPTC live and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021.

• The NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel the 2024 NPTC live in the event its minimum attendance goal is not met by September 15, 2024 and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021.
