Vendor Registration Fees
*Please do not register with the insurance company and consultant link. Please do not make any hotel reservations until you receive the vendor hotel reservation link.
Vendor Registration
The vendor registration fee is $2,000 per company. This covers your table, power strip, wi-fi and Reno vendor permit.
Vendor Representatives
Vendor representatives may participate in the NPTC sessions for a fee of $500 per representative. This is limited to two reps.
Additional Meal Package
The registration fee includes breakfast (Wednesday and Thursday) and lunch (Tuesday – Thursday) for ONE vendor rep. Additional meal packages may be purchased for a fee of $350 per person. Up to five additional meal packages may be purchased.
Additional Reception Tickets
The registration fee includes two vendor reps at the opening reception on Monday, November 12. Additional reception tickets may be purchased for a fee of $80 per person. Up to four additional reception tickets may be purchased.
Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities
The NPTC is pleased to offer vendor sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship is limited to one per vendor and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will have the opportunity to select a sponsorship opportunity during the registration process.
Your commitment to a 2023 sponsorship is nonrefundable.
Pens and highlighters: Provide 300 pens and highlighters (separate items or a combo unit) with your company information for distribution to the attendees on the first meeting day.
Folder and printed contents: The vendor’s name/logo will be included on the front of the folder along with the NPTC logo. The printed contents will include the agenda, attendee list, certificate of attendance, and conference evaluations. The sponsoring vendor is invited to provide a printed brochure for inclusion in the folder. Sharing the cost of this administrative item is a sponsorship of $3,000.
Attendee gift: The 2023 attendee gift is a bag, such as a computer messenger bag, duffle bag, etc. The vendor’s name and logo will be printed on the gift along with the NPTC logo. The NPTC will coordinate the purchase, production, and shipping of the gift. The NPTC will provide the sponsoring vendor with three bag options to choose from. Sharing the cost of this gift item is a sponsorship of $5,000.
Opening reception: Share the cost of the opening reception on Monday, November 13th with the NPTC. The Eldorado’s bar manager will create a signature drink for your company. It will be served in cups with your logo (and perhaps an individual serving recipe). The sponsoring vendor may contribute a drink recipe for approval by the Eldorado bar manager by September 15, 2023. Or allow the Eldorado team to create the signature drink. For example, at the 50th Anniversary Celebration, the NPTC provided a recipe for Apple Cider Sangria which was served as the signature drink. Your company will be acknowledged with signage throughout the reception. The sponsoring vendor may also distribute at the reception its company brochure and if it pleases, a gift for each attendee. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $7,500.00
Tuesday sessions all-day breaks: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. The afternoon snack will also be created with acknowledgement of your sponsorship. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $1,000.
Wednesday sessions all-day breaks: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. The afternoon snack will also be created with acknowledgement of your sponsorship. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $1,000.
Thursday sessions all-day breaks: The refreshment table will include signage acknowledging your sponsorship of the day’s beverages and afternoon snacks. The napkins at the refreshment table will be printed with your company logo. The afternoon snack will also be created with acknowledgement of your sponsorship. Sharing the cost of this sponsorship opportunity is $1,000.

- The registration fee is fully refundable by sending an email to info@nptcreno.com prior to September 23, 2023.
- The sponsorship fee is not refundable. (Except if the NPTC is cancelled)
- A company may substitute attendees by notifying Jan Gillerin at info@nptcreno.com prior to Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
- In the event of a COVID related pandemic surge, the NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel 2023 NPTC live and hold the conference virtually as in 2020/2021.
- The NPTC Steering Committee reserves the right to cancel 2023 NPTC live in the event its minimum attendance goal is not met by September 30, 2023, and hold the conference virtually as 2020/2021.
