Vendor Registration Fees
The vendor registration fee is $4,000 per company. This covers your table, power strip, wi-fi and city vendor permit.

Additional Meal Package
The registration fee includes breakfast (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and lunch (Tuesday – Thursday) for two vendor reps. Additional meal packages may be purchased for a fee of $500 per person. Vendor reps may attend the Opening Reception on Monday evening as a guest of the NPTC.

Vendor Registration Cancellation
The registration fee of $4,000 and additional meal plans is fully refundable by sending an email to info@nptcreno.com prior to September 1, 2026.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The following additional sponsorship opportunities have been explained in the registration packet your firm received via email on June 19, 2026. One of each available and limited to one per vendor. Sponsorship fees separate from the vendor table fee are not refundable unless the NPTC is cancelled.  
$7,500 Co-sponsor with the NPTC the annual attendee gift.
$3,500 Co-sponsor the attendee conference folder and its contents.
$2,500 Custom Room Key given to attendees at registration at front desk.
$2,000 Co-sponsor the all-day beverage service and afternoon snack Tuesday.
$2,000 Co-sponsor the all-day beverage service and afternoon snack Wednesday.
$2,000 Co-sponsor the all-day beverage service and afternoon snack Thursday.

In addition to the above items, the Opening Reception is going under a makeover for 2026 and will include entertainment. The details have been explained in the registration packet. ALL vendors are welcome to sponsor the Funny Money Game entertainment at $1,000 per vendor. It is a casual and fun activity which encourages interaction with the attendees and vendors. A game table may be sponsored in addition to one of the other six opportunities above.
